My background as a designer
I studied Fine Arts as an undergraduate with a concentration on book arts and typographic design. More recently, I have also completed trainings in color psychology, branding, and graphic design/Adobe Illustrator.
I have been creating websites since 2015, and I specialize in working with healing arts practitioners and organizations.

Of course! All the websites I create are designed to look great on desktop, tablet or phone. The majority of web traffic comes from mobile devices, so it's important that your website is easy to navigate and accessible on any device.

Phase 1: Exploration - When I receive your contact information, I'll reach out to you to schedule a call to discuss your project further and answer any questions you have.
If we're a good fit, we will determine what package is right for you, you'll pay your deposit and sign your agreement, and we'll schedule your start date and launch date.
Phase 2: Ducks in a row - During the time before your project start date, I'll guide you through collecting your photos and writing your copy (the words that will be on your website), and we'll do a fun exercise together to determine your brand's color season. This will inform all of the aspects of your design.
Phase 3: Design - At the official start of your project, you'll send me your website copy and photos. I'll draft some color palettes and font options and a sample home page, and we'll consult together on them. You'll have the chance to give me feedback and request any changes.
I'll build out the remainder of your pages, and we'll consult as your website comes together.
Phase 4: Launch - When you're happy with your new website, we'll set up a date to transfer ownership to you. I'll provide training on how to edit and maintain the site, and we'll discuss how to stay connected for any post-launch support.

Yes! I work with a 3-part payment schedule: a deposit when we sign our contract, and then half the remaining balance when I officially begin work on your project, and the remainder the day before your launch date.
