Recovering a Sense of Self-Protection

In our last session together, we all did some important, brave, and compassionate work naming creative U-turns, fears, and limiting beliefs, and doing some reparenting work with our younger selves. Please continue to be loving and gentle with yourself as you continue being with any themes and feelings that arose for you. Envision our circle surrounding you with support!
